If you're worried - instead of transfering the crystal, just flood the
entire drop with excess of your cryo buffer. No exposure to air this way.
I bet that the bubbles won't go away though :)

Ubuntu 9.04 using the X86 Centos-5 stable build (0.52) from Paul Emsleys's

Yes, the problem is with 32-vs-64. At first, I have found an ugly
workaround of getting 32-bit version of libguile-srfi-srfi-1-v-3.so.3
and changing the symbolic link in /usr/lib to fool coot into using it.
