Starting today, All Jenkins Client Controllers will perform
automated plugin upgrades. After which it will wait for in progress
builds to complete before restarting the service to apply those
upgrades.

I noticed a few jobs that timed out, but the abort didn't work for some
reason (as you guessed it may happen). I force killed the Kafka ones, but
there were 2 others remaining (I don't have permission to force kill those).
