Hi All, Starting today, All Jenkins Client Controllers will perform automated plugin upgrades. After which it will wait for in progress builds to complete before restarting the service to apply those upgrades.
The only thing that I can see that would upset this process are stuck jobs, so I will be keeping an eye out and kill any job holding up progress. Sunday is traditionally the quietest day for builds. However, cronned jobs like nightlies would still run. Projects can help out by avoiding Sundays if possible, but it is not a requirement. I will keep an on how many plugins get upgraded over the next few Sundays and if appropriate we could then change this to a monthly job instead.
