1.8.0_92 (unlimited security) 64-bit Windows only" and "JDK 1.8.0_121

Having new JDKs is great,
looking at console output:

The build queue is acutally high, even if some nodes are idle: I suppose there
is some bottleneck.
Perhaps the bottleneck is the Windows slaves (that have 3 buidlers stuck and
only one still moving).
Perhaps it's another cause: I don't have complete analyse.

(ouch!), I tried to find if some of the jobs I know are using more space than
expected: so I looked at the second most resource intensive one = maven-wagon:
- Jobs = 58 MB
- Builds all = 58 MB
- Workspace = 72 GB

how can we help with maintaining these osx and Windows nodes?
Who knows their technical details and can learn others how to maintain them?
