Hi, I have downloaded

and now I'm not sure what the next step is to get it installed and running. Can

Hi I have just downloaded lilypond on my intel mac and need to know how to set
it up and get it running(:-( It seem a bit complicated for me is the a step by
step documentation that I can follow to get it up and running?

I have downloaded several versions of LilyPond listed as being for Intel, but
they all have this problem:
1. Computer identifies it as being a PowerPC app (Get Info)
2. App is shown incorrectly as being created and modified on March 23, 2006
(Get Info). All versions for OS X released after thi
I have noticed that for quite some time that the OS X version (only PowerPC
checked) of LilyPond has a created and modified date of March 23, 2006 instead
of the correct, current date it was really produced.
The reason to have the date correct is so someone knows how old or new a
particular versio

I've been running LilyPond on Windows XP Pro SP2 with no problems.
I recently installed the LilyPond 2.6.4-5 upgrade (I had been running 2.6.4-1
previously). All went well. However, after rebooting my computer, the Windows
