I have downloaded several versions of LilyPond listed as being for Intel, but they all have this problem:
1. Computer identifies it as being a PowerPC app (Get Info) 2. App is shown incorrectly as being created and modified on March 23, 2006 (Get Info). All versions for OS X released after this date seem to show this date. This is mainly a problem when someone wants to identify the vintage of the program (a common thing I do when troubleshooting a problematic app).
