When converting a Finale file that includes measures with 5/4 time signature
with whole rests, the rest gets converted with a duration of R1.. rather than
R1*5/4 or R4*5.

I did not realize that LilyPond corrected for the optical illusions due to note
pitches, for notes

I had thought of searching all the html files for their stylesheet refs,
but it seemed quicker to ask in the first instance. If
lilypond-texi2html.init is the _only_ way
