could you have a look at this? It appears the single page .PNGs have
their links stripped, so the server has to decide which file to ship.

The dot in ".Mondulkiri A" looks a bit strange. Also, you have to check
if this is a font that LilyPond finds on your system. See
http://kainhofer.com/~lilypond/Documentation/user/lilypond/Single-entry-fonts.html#Single-entry-fonts
for information on how to list all available fonts.

At least since version 2.6.5 the title font (.Mondulkiri A) in the
override command is not used, but the \override LyricText font
(.Mondulkiri A Khan) is being used instead. I wonder whether that
has to do with the spaces in the font names? Or is the mistake mine?
