I know we don't do this for every stable release, but IMO we should
insert a dummy convert-ly rule so that updated files report 2.8.0.

I wanted to print the 2.8.0 .pdf version of the User Manual and received three
consecutive dialog boxes from Adobe Reader indicating these error messages:
(1) Insufficient data for an image
(2) A drawing error occurred
(3) The document could not be printed

Thanks, that works and makes sense. I almost always use \lyricsto anyway.
This isn't a bug, then, I suppose; but it is unexpected behaviour and
potentially confusing - it confused me, anyway. Is it worth including in
the documentation or is it too minor?

Weird! The transcripts look OK as far as I can see. Also, the C for the
