The binary of python has disappeared from the bin directory in 2.7.26-2
for Windows. Then it is not possible to run convert-ly.

I have to say that from a Windows user's point of view, this is a very
serious bug that really should be in a stable version as soon as possible.
The effect on a Windows user is to break many Windows and 3rd-party
operations, with no clear clue as to what has broken. I'm fairly fluent in

If you search the mailing list archives, you will notice that several
people have
reported the same bug in recent Cygwin versions. I recommend to use the
non-cygwin Windows installation instead.
