Please send bug reports to the bug-lilypond mailing list. I have included a Cc: there and confirm that the bug remains in the latest CVS version. A good test file for the debugging is input/no-notation/midi-volume-equaliser.ly, which works well in version 2.6 but shows the reported bug in latest C

It must be a problem with some lib file that's used by LilyPond. It doesn't call any external application at that spot in the processing. Anyway, since nobody else has recognized the problem, it seems to be something specific for your setup and I'm afraid you have to do some debugging yourself. Ju
