Don't know if this is known, but it looks like GNU Mach doesn't grok
multiple modifier keys (did it ever grok them?). For example C-M-v
doesn't work in Emacs.
I haven't looked into this in any detail at all, so if someone feels
bored, plesae do. ;-)
