Sorry, I somehow missed this bug, I can confirm that trick with
QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS= works for me.

Next evening I've run `guix pull` again and it finished well. I don't
know why.

I had the similar issue. It seams the manual install of the
`texlive-bin` package helped with that.
