Sorry for the late feedback
Installing the rpm with `rpm -i file.rpm` command does not take lot of time.
It takes very long time when we install it with `yum install file.rpm`
command.
Some system informations :
# cat /etc/centos-release
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
# yum --ve
I've been doing a normal install and just redoing the last step. Each
