I am interested in rewritting gnulib-tool(written as shell script) in
python. I am comfortable writing code in C/C++ and had a recent exposure to
python. But I am unsure if I am eligible enough for this task. Advise
needed !!!

applying for the idea "implementation of gnulib-tool in python". I think I
am pretty good at python and can complete the task. I wanted to know what
other things are required out of me other than applying at the gsoc site
