Thanks for the clarification. I have a analytics plot, which receives the
download stats from these pages and has not been updated for months. I thought
this is the cause, but could be something else. Anyway, thanks for working on
the problem.

I changed it to id_rsa.pub or id_rsa now. It stops complaining about the

Pathview is experiencing some build and parising problem. It turns out that
pathview imports some parsing functions from another package KEGGgraph, which
was not exported anymore in the KEGGgraph namespace (latest release 1.38.0).

Thank you for the special attention and quick action. I agree the the bioc
project need updates/additions all the time. Some stability or
back-compatibility as you guys did would make the project greater.

Here is one problem though. I noticed that the original download stats link has
change too. For my pathview package, it was:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/stats/bioc/pathview.html
now changed to:
https://bioconductor.org/packages/stats/bioc/pathview
Dear BioC team,
I noticed some problem with keggLink() function of KEGGREST package, and it can
be traced back to KEGG REST API Linked entries. Some of this API function is
broken. For example, the following line used to get all gene-pathway mapping
for human, but retrieves nothing now.
