I wanted to request a deprecation of MSstatsTMTPTM. Its full functionality is
now implemented in MSstatsPTM. This change should help resolve a lot of the
long function names which were noted in the initial review of MSstatsTMTPTM.

My name is Tsung-Heng Tsai and I'm the current maintainer of MSstatsPTM. I no
longer work for Northwestern University and will not be able to actively take
care of the package. Could you
ly the maintainer of MSstatsTMTPTM. I have linked
the current maintainer of MSstatsPTM, Tsung-Heng Tsai.
Is there anyway this can happen tonight? Sorry about the last minute request,
we were unaware that I was not able to push any changes to the package.
