Not all CRAN binaries have not been built for R 3.6 . when these become
available they will be on the devel MAC builder. Until then you can ignore the
ERROR.

My package, ChemmineR, is failing to build because of a missing
package, rsvg. This package was there during the last release cycle, and
is still present on the release build machines. I'm just wondering if
this package is going to return or not? It's been about a week since the
build broke
I tried to build/check your package locally and actually get a different ERROR
in the build process ...
You might try using devtools::run_examples() - it runs only the examples in
the package
When I use devtools::run_examples()

Please let us know who you want to add as the maintainer. The bioconductor team
has to do this internally, you cannot do this on your end.
I need the name, email address, GitHub username of the person you’d like to add
