I don't know why... at the moment I use static mapping in bind. The first
problem appeared for senangpoker.com and www.senangpoker.com, and has NS
record dns*.pointhq.com.

No problem here from 2 different sites. Seems to be a problem between
your resolving name server and their authorities:
