I need to detect the timezone based on Date, City(State/ZIP), Country(USA
for now) as part of my application.

I have a project on perl, and at certain place, need to print a document
with the signature of the user. Is there any way to caputre the signature of
the user while taking his inforamtion? We should provide an option to
write/draw his signature on the application.

I am using HTML::Templating system for my project and the requirement is,
URL given at the address bar should not be changed throughout the
application, I could able to achieve this and works fine for me (I have a
login page and users have to login to access the application).
