I agree with your opinion regarding HTML tags and CGI.pm but I have some
comments.
If you use HTML 4.01 and use tag atributes like font or align, if you want
to validate your HTML code to be a good HTML 4.01 document, you will get
errors telling you that these atributes are deprecated.
