du is the disk usage by all files reside in a directory
df is the size of filesystem
you might see an expected result for du -hs /home/user
but you won't see an expected result for df -h /home/user if
/home/user is not a file system.
df shows the size used by all files + space required for a file

As far as i know document and html converters are there in windows (not
sure of linux). I don't know of any bangla spreadsheet and databases in
