Well, I did something...
Looked into my daily incrementals (So I don't have to change tapes ;-)
and selected one directory with two files.
The dir was c:/Programme/F-Secure Anti-Virus/Common
I started a restore job using the job ID.
I cd'ed to C:/Programme/F-Secure Anti

It just skipped these two files. It doesn't seem to be causing the troubles
