This is a question of the version you use. "Enable VSS" is not available
before 1.38 AFAIK.

I'm using Gentoo, kernel 2.6.17-gentoo-r7 and Bacula Version 1.36.3 on
server, and bacula-fd 1.38.10 on Windows 2003 Server.
