Oddly enough I never noticed I did that. The backups have been working for months on my Windows servers. I must have been in &*^%$ Windows mode when I built that conf file. On the subject of VSS, I haven't let my backups run yet using VSS. I've been searching for more information on how to use VSS with little luck. Most information I have found is written for users of the GUI products. Is adding 'Enable VSS = "yes"' really all that is needed? Don't I have to do something on the Windows server to benefit form VSS? Thanks, DAve -- Three years now I've asked Google why they don't have a logo change for Memorial Day. Why do they choose to do logos for other non-international holidays, but nothing for Veterans? Maybe they forgot who made that choice possible. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
