Other than that I can not help but notice that your system environment
looks seriously interesting to me.
Have you tried with a more simple approach of --prefix=/root/bacula,
or something, and leave it to the configure script where to put
scripts, binaries, and

/sbin/bconsole -c /root/bacula/bin/bconsole.conf
Same message.
Did the same command with Strace it found the which after the parts it said
that it didn't. I verified it's installation
