Well that is good to hear. Since you have RHEL 6, you should also be
able to turn BSFatEOM on, but you will need to test it.

Yes, my spool file located at NAS mount, but it's very fast and stable storage.
I've changed following options:
BSF at EOM = No
TWO EOF = No
Now it works fine.

What OS are you running your SD on?
I note two things (neither may be significant):
1. In general it is not particularly good to specify so many Directives
in the Device resource -- it increases the chances of breaking something.
2. It looks like your spool file is going to a NAS mount.
I've just tried solution that explained here, applied to my configuration. Will
wait for day or two if problem will solved i'll post about it here.
