add matching policy onto your firewall to allow connection from FD to SD
(port 9103) and that should fix the pro
entry in hosts file and SD name is not resolved by dns.

dont think FW will wait that long and it has nothing to do with heartbeat.
will say/guess as your FW treat it as session closed or timed out cos of
idle time
check if you can manage TTL for TCP on FW.

i think but not sure (90%) i have tested with 1.3.36 as dir and 2.0.3 on
fd it was fine for backup (never tested restore like that)

i dont think changing owner to bacula i a best way
i will recommend to stick bacula in 'operato

AFAIK u can easy change mode on this pv-122t so you can try both methods.
