My setup:
Server running Ubuntu 22.04, Bacula 15.0.2, backup is in a local RAID
array set as ZFS with compression and deduplication, with a qu
dedicated to Bacula, so it has no other services aside those required
for Bacula/Bacularis (MySQL/Apache/etc).

Well, to do that, I just set up incron! incron listens to changes to the
cond.d directory, and calls /sbin/service bacula-dir reload when it
detects a changed file there.
