Yes , we already worked on EMD suggested optimizations.

Tried also on different storage , but it seems something about how bacula SD 
use the storage (block size and so on.. )

Still investigating.

Have you talked to EMC about this sort of workload?  Vague memory says
that long, linear files like Bacula produces tend to perform like crap,
but it has been a while.
