Maybe this is more of a comment than a question, as I've scoured the
docs and haven't found and answer.
But... I'm using Bacula for my home development network, web server,

I have a small Bacula setup at home that's been running for a few
months. I'm currently in college, and only home every other weekend (not
this weekend). I do most of my backups to disk and only the important

Thanks to all for the advice. I hadn't even thought of the Nagios
passive check option. That sounds best for me - I'll look into it
tomorrow. I haven't done anything with passive checks and freshness

Fixed the volume labeling problem with "add", but yes, crossing my
fingers didn't work. I tried a test job and now I'm getting:
09-Oct 01:52 janus-sd: Failed command: use storage=janus-sd
media_type=File pool_name=DiskVolume pool_type=Backup append=1 copy=0
stripe=0
ount the drive!!!
*exit
it appears to think that the volume is already labeled.
If I try to delete media, the volume is also not shown as an option.
Any suggestions on how to get out of this seemingly infinite loop? It's
telling me that all label comman
