I am seeing this problem intermittently on two systems using bacula -
both using VXA2 tape drives connected to Adaptec aic7892 SCIS cards.
On the the odd occasion, I will insert a tape and attempt to mount it,
but bacula will respond with [1] (below).

I have a set of pools for full daily backups - Monday to Friday. Each
pool has exacly one tape in it, and is intended to be recycled and
used the next weekday. I am using a 6 day volume retention, with
recycle=yes and recycle current volume = yes to try to achieve this,
to no avail.

I have a verify run after my backup run. The backup runs successfully,
as does the subsequent catalog backup, but then the verify job then
wants the next prior backup job.
