Hi, I am seeing this problem intermittently on two systems using bacula - both using VXA2 tape drives connected to Adaptec aic7892 SCIS cards.
On the the odd occasion, I will insert a tape and attempt to mount it, but bacula will respond with [1] (below). Only by stopping the storage daemon, ejecting the tape, re-inserting the same tape, and starting the storage daemon, can I mount the tape. IO errors are no longer found in this instance. Any suggestion on what the problem may be here?
