Do you mean the job was purged and the rescanned?

This had been the benefit of using InnoDB over MyISAM. However, at 12GB
RAM and 8900 File entries (12GB file on disk)

We are restoring to a newly rebuilt machine so is there anything we should be
concerned about (settings, etc)?
