Looks like I've got it running now. At last it was a simple thing:
bacula did not have write permissions on the directory used for file
storage. After correcting the permissions it is working now!

I have a doubt how to configure the Bacula to eject the tape after some jobs.
The scenery is:
- one Poll configured "BKP_Daily"
- 3 jobs scheduled to use this Poll "BKP_Daily"
- these 3 job is set Level to Differential
- these 3 jobs must use the same tap
