Hello.
I use bacula 3.0.3 at FreeBSD-8.0-x64
Yesterday I set monthly backups to my job:
Run = Level=Full Pool=mypool-full monthly
But I get an indecent this night - bacula start to do this "monthly"
backup one by one. I mean it start to do this backup, done it and...
start again and again and
OK, I may have just found this. Running another 3rd party tool "windirstat"
with admin privileges uncovered a bunch of files in the
/tmp/bacula-restore/System Volume Information directory, about 34Gb to be
exact. I have never excluded this dir on my 32-bit XP clients and have not had
a problem
The mystery deepens.

Hello,
I recently posted a new topic about a feature which i wish on backup softwares

I have two LTO-3 drives in a changer and three LTO-3 pools. Earlier version
of Bacula would try to use an empty drive before unloading a drive when a
tape from a different pool was requested. I used to also be able to run in
parallel migration jobs from two different pools at the same time. Since

did anyone manage to build RPM of bacula 5 on redhat 7.3?
I'm trying for some time now without success.

Hello!
We are using bacula for our server backups since about 6 month.
Now we are setting up and configuring a new linux server and we want to use
bacula to jump back to a previous state if something goes wrong. So in case
we install some wrong packages or mess up the whole system, we just want t
Hi Abigail,
In fact as you use Suse Linux Enterprise 11.0 I think you should use suse111
version of rpm
SLES 11.0 = openSUSE 11.1
so you should get rid of the python dependency.

Hi,
this has most likely been asked before but on the short run I cannot seem to
find anything in the archives nor the documentation. I remember that we here
have pondered about this in the past and have not come to a solution:
Say you have a backup that ran into a backup pool with a 30 day vol
