Sorry, but that's a feature that's not likely to be implemented any time soon:

Hi All,
I've set bacula up using Josh Fisher's vchanger script. That all
seems to be working fine. So I set up a backup schedule using the
default WeeklyCycle schedule, and I set the pools up as follows:

Do you mean one Catalog for each Job?
You can do one job per Client. Is that not what you can use?

Hi every:
Recently I install a new Ubuntu 8.10 Server in an ESX VMWare Machine. Today I

Hello,
This appears to me to be a hardware error, and thus you need support.
If you have not first reported this on the bacula-users list, then please do
so rather than send support requests to the bacula-devel list.
The bacula-devel list is only for developement issues, or issues concerning

We recently found and corrected a serious bug in Bacula that causes jobs to be
orphaned or "stuck" in the director during the pruning process. Depending on
what jobs get stuck and how many there are, it could prevent additional jobs
from running. As best we can tell, this problem occu

present in a standalone drive. (Provided it is in the correct pool
and appendable or eligible for recycling, of course.) That would
Hi,
I mis-named a disk volume (if that matters) when adding it just now. I had
a backup waiting for a new volume, so this volume was grabbed immediately
by bacula to start storing the backup (not a problem). Is there a way to
rename the volume? I named it '$site-03578' instead if '$site-0358'. I

Hello all,
I lately got bacula-2.4.2 installed, and I recently noted something,
which I am not sure if it is a feature or a problem.
I did a restore from a full backup job, and it failed.
It said this - ( note : /home/xxx * *** .mp4 is not the
actual file name )

Sorry about the late response it looks like whenever a backup run
completes and bacula finishes a volume to catalog verify run on all of
my servers, when I try to start a new backup like a normal nightly, it
throws the following error and marks the tape "Error".
01-Nov 00:01 unixtape-sd JobId 1637

Hello.
Bat is doing some weird stuff in 2.4.3 again :)
Every time I say it to purge a volume, it tries to do it twice. After first
purge (and all the warnings) it just tries to do it once more and if I say it
"OK, do it", then it gets an error saying that volume's status is not the one

yesterday morning I accidently purged all jobs for one of my backup
