"Strong-enough" is hard to define. It is at least as strong as htt
Hello
I wish to know what is the most secure solution for using bacula over the
internet.
I have seen bacula is able to use tls connection and tcp-wrappers. Is this
solution strong enough ? Is there a more secure solution ?
It is possible to use ssh tunnel, but it is really painfull to administr

No, but If understand correctly the manual, a good practice is to

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a TLS connection between one external FD and
the director. Running status on the client results in

Hi all!
I have the following two doubts related to FileSets that I would like to
consult:

option SymlinkDepth suggested in forums, but I didn't find it in the
Bacula's manual and I don't know if it can be used with Bacul

Hello,
I have a short question. I only wonder if someone is using it or not
(so, if Bacula supports it or doesn't support). We made some tests and
we couldn't do but we will re-test.
Question is: is it possible to cypher the data in bacula-fd (client), and

Hi,
I've a problem with some verify jobs. My normal backup/verify jobs are
running fine. For my archive backups I created a extra psql db - I
don't know if this makes a difference.

Name = MyCatalog
dbname = bacula; user = bacula; password = verysecret
