I spent the last couple hours setting just such a system up, and was
surprised when if failed with the tape SD looking for the disk SD's

In my case, what appears to happen is that dbcheck runs for awhile, but
sometime during the Path check, MySQL hangs. From that point on, MySQL
is always consuming 33% of CPU but does not seem capable of responding
to Bacula for any other reason. I have

Ralph,
Get a copy of 10.2.x or 10.3.x and install it on the machine - this
way you can run the FD and grab ANY files you desire on that system,
they still have access to OS 9 in classic mode, and they get a more
flexible OS. A very crude work around.

Dear All,
Either the sourceforge list search is not working properly or there
really is no interest in backing up AFS volumes :) Tried the search and
came back with ZERO results.
I need to be able to use bacula to backup AFS volumes. Obviously the
easiest approach is:
1. use the afs-bacula script

Hi all,
I need to buy a new huge backup library (> 100 To).
I prefers LTO3 or LT04 than others and obliviously compatible with

Do you have some advise about model?

I have no idea if it works with bacula.

I don't think so... Bacula requirs the underlying unix for work on OSX,
and that's not available in OS9.
You might try to access the OS9 fil

Hello,
just a few days ago i had similar problems with dbcheck.
I had to run it because bacula was complaining about duplicate filenames.
It took just a few minutes to find about 800 duplicate filenames but 12
hours to erase them.
