Odd partitioning on sunxi installer snapshot

Howdy all, I need some clarification on whether or not the fdisk output for the 5.5 sunxi installer image is correct. I downloaded the 5.5 cubieboard/sunxi installer to try it out. This is the snapshot: miniroot-sunxi-55.fs
