i have a sb-live.
is it possible to listen to mp3's in 4speaker mode?
i only want to hear the same thing from all the 4 speakers... any ideas?

mplayers alsa9 output is broken for nonstereo modes
try an older version of mplayer like pre9, pre8, pre7.

I`m using alsa from the kernel 2.4.23-pre7. I can playvack sound in
stereo, but I can capture just in mono/left channel.
