A paused application just pause the playing but doesn't close the thread that

You can use lsusb in order to get strings like the serial number or the name of

Those strings can be used to write your own udev rules. As example

For your problem, the only solution I can see would be to not use alsasound at

Hi,
I don't know if it is gentoo or alsa specific, and if it can be related to
your problem, but it was maybe 2 weeks ago, I experimented a strange problem
after a kernel update and the in-k
n add as many volume control than needed with jackmixer and
connect them with every jack input or output (hardware or software) with
qjackctl.
Some jack users are using a rt-kernel, but you will not need it so long you are
not doing heayvy uses of software synths or audio fil
em.

Last issue is that amixer, as well than alsamixer does show only one pcm
output volume control. It control the 4 output ports.
With jackd, I can get only 2 playback ports. The 2 monitor playback ports are
missing and they also get the same signal than the 2 main playback
t gone. The
solution was to use jack as sound server.
Hope this can help. With that setting, I can have firefox running under days or
weeks without any problem and flash is just doing fine. Another advantage is
that all the sound related programs will be using jack. For more details:

This file list the supported board. It is no Logitech one. But if you
are lucky, one of the above will work.
