Olaf, Are you sure the firmware patch applies to the 8x8? I believe it applies to the 2x2 and 4x4 which if I recall from reading mailing list posts both have the same chipset. I don't recall the 8x8 being mentioned as having that same chipset. Am I unaware of somthing? I also have an 8x8 and so
