When I used Alsa 0.9.0rc2 everything worked. But last week I recompiled
Alsa 0.9.7 and now I have the same problem.
However I did not have a time to play with the problem.
Maybe the problem is that snd_oss_seq (or stg. like that - OSS emulation
support for sequencer) module is not loaded.

There were no solutions suggested.
Soundfonts don't load. Midi players don't work. They say:
/dev/sequencer: No such device or address
It's there.
