Hi!
I found a solution, but only for my first problem. Both cards are
working with my original 2.6.4 kernel, and alsa 1.0.2.
First I put the cards next to each other to the PCI slots. When the
first problem occurs, (one card worked, but the second behaved a
little bit strange), I removed one card

Yes it should be. But in the last state I removed one of the cards,
cose I tought, may be the same cards causing so

I have a system which has to run, with two soundcard. The old ones are
"died", so I bought two Genius Soundmaker 5.1. My old kernel is 2.6.4,
and the alsa version, which cames with this kernel is 1.0.2. The two
card, was shown by the kernel, but just the first was adjustable with
alsamixer.
