[Alsa-user] Duplex problems multitracking: signal gets "chopped up" and dropped in pitch

Hi. I'm using the alsa drivers that came with Mandrake 10.0 Official. I've tried a SoundBlaster Live and a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum on it. The latter purportedly has true full duplex, but both suffer exactly the same problem. They won't multitrack. The first track sounds great, but

Hi. Say I bought a Sound Blaster Live card, with imitation full duplex. Could I still record during playback, by lowering the sample rate? Signal quality is not as important to me as multitracking is. Thanks. --Jeff Brown __ Do you Y
