Hi Right, I think I'm starting to get somewhere with Alsa now. :) I discovered I needed to have the SB Live Analog/Digital Output Jack control muted to hear analog sound (I'm sure there's logic in there somewhere...?). So I can now play sounds through OSS emulation and hear them. :)) My only pro
