I have a Chromebook Pixel 2013 and I know there were problems early on
with supporting this device but my understanding was that they were
supposedly all ironed out. But I'm still seeing problems.
I have this in my /etc/modprobe.d:

I just updated to kernel 2.6.1 which seems to have Alsa 0.9.7.
I have a P4P800 motherboard with an ICH5 chipset.
All the channels are unmuted and the volumes raised.
Yet I still hear absolutely no sound.
Xmms and aplay work fine with no errors, just no sound.
Is this something known and fixed i
