Hi there, I hope this has not been discussed before. I tried the stereo-to-5.1 routing that is explained in the FAQ. It works but only lasts a few seconds, then some channels start lagging behind the others which obviously results in terrible sound. I use a 2.6.4 kernel and my soundcard is a cs
