had to do it on the board. Cross compiling simply didn't seem to work.

Ok, I can get the device to sync by setting the Clock Source to
AutoSync, but then I get all sorts of errors writing to the audio
device. It seems as though setting the device to sync as a slave breaks
all the OSS emulation.

I've been using my HDSP with reasonable successs, but just monitoring 8
chan output through the headphones. Now I've got it connected to my
Spirit 328 digital mixer and am having troubles. Basically, there
doesn't seem to be any kind of sync.
Initially, when I just had the ADAT ca
I can send multichannel audio to my HDSP with RTcmix (using OSS
emulation). But:
1. I need to set the audio buffers pretty small (eg., < 2048)
2. I get clicks when I switch terminal windows / desktops, etc...
- my machine is a 3.2ghz PIV w/ 1gig of RAM

Unfortunately, the tools won't compile. Initially, the configure script
complained about missing fltk-config. So I downloaded from

and HyperSonic GX6). As far I as know it has an Intel ICH5 AC97 sold by
